摘要
在界定科技服务业基本内涵的基础上,构建了科技服务业发展水平的综合评价指标体系,运用熵值法对江苏省地级市的科技服务业发展水平进行评价,并对科技服务业发展水平与城市成长力之间的关系进行研究.结果表明:科技服务业发展水平的区域差异与区域经济发展水平的差异基本吻合;科技服务业发展水平与城市成长力系数之间存在较为显著的关系,两者之间的关联程度呈现V字形变化.鉴于江苏省科技服务业的发展尚未成为其经济增长与城市化发展的强力支撑,对此提出了对策建议.
Firstly,The basic connotation of scientific and technological services was defined and a com- prehensive evaluation index system of the development level of scientific and technological services was listed. Then, the development level of scientific and technological services of prefecture-level cities of Jian- gsu Province was evaluated with the help of entropy method and makes a correlation analysis between the development level of scientific and technological services and urban growth. The results showed that there were basic agreement of the regional differences of scientific and technological services development level and regional economic development differences~ and the relationship between scientific and technological services development level and urban growth is significant,and the degree of correlation rendered in 'a "V" shape. However,the development of scientific and technological services in Jiangsu province has not fully promoted its economic growth and urbanization. put forward on this problem.
