摘要
悬吊训练法是一种发展核心力量、提高肌肉控制能力、预防运动损伤的有效方法,具有提高平衡能力、预防运动损伤的多种功能.从悬吊训练法的定义、特点以及训练方法出发,结合脚斗士运动员体能训练的实际状况,对悬吊训练用于脚斗士运动员体能训练的可行性进行了分析.
Sling exercise training (SET) is an emerging and effective way to develop the core strengtn- ening,enhance the muscle control ability and prevent sport injury. This paper, setting on the concept, func- tion and training methods of the Sling Exercise training, combining the actual situation of physical training of J udose,analyzes the feasibiliLty of Sling Exercise training and makes a beneficial exploration for J udose healthy development.
