摘要
在分析背越式跳高教学的基本构成因素的基础上,阐述了背越式跳高教学过程中基础与难度、重点与一般、单一与组合、环节与细节的辩证关系.背越式跳高教学是教与学的辩证统一过程,应科学合理地利用和正确处理好每一对教与学的关系,实现理论教学与实践教学的紧密结合.
Based on the analysis of Fosbury Flop teaching basic components, elaborated the Fosbury Flop teaching foundation and difficulty, key and the general, single and combination, links and details of the dialectical relationship between, Fosbury Flop teaching is the dialectical unity of teaching and learning process, should be scientifically and reasonably make use of and correctly handle each pair of the relation- ship of teaching and learning,and to realize the theory teaching and practice teaching activities closely.
