摘要
目的 观察维拉帕米 (Verapamil,Ver)对实验性外伤牵引性视网膜脱离 (tractionalreti naldetachment,TRD)的防治作用。 方法 6 0只青紫蓝兔制备外伤模型后随机分为A、B、C、D 4组 ,A组 (对照组 )每日结膜下注射等渗盐水 0 .5ml,B、C、D组 (治疗组 )每日结膜下分别注射Ver0 .2 5 ,0 .5 0 ,1.2 5mg ( 0 .5ml) ,共 2 1d ,定期观察角膜、眼底并选择照相。 结果 治疗组玻璃体视网膜增殖程度与对照组相比有不同程度的减轻 ,在第 35天 ,A、B、C、D 4组外伤性TRD发生率分别为 80 % ( 12 15 ) ,80 % ( 12 15 ) ,6 7% ( 10 15 ) ,40 % ( 6 15 ) ,D组TRD发生率较A组明显减少 ( χ2 =5 .0 0 0 ,P <0 .0 2 5 ) ;未发现Ver对角膜、晶体及视网膜有明显毒性反应。 结论 结膜下注射Ver能抑制外伤性增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变 (PVR)的发展 ,减少TRD的发生率 ;
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of subconjunctival Verapamil on an experimental model of traumatic tractional retinal detachment(TRD). Methods An experimental model of traumatic TRD was induced in pigment rabbits, which then were selected randomly to receive either subconjunctival Verapamil injection or a placebo injection ( control ) daily for 3 weeks. Animals were examined by indirect ophthalmoscopy at week intervals; fundus photographs were taken selectively. Results Verapamil reduced vitro retinal proliferation in various degree. At the 35th day, the TRD incidence of group A、B、C and D was 80.0%、80.0%、66.7% and 40.0% respectively. Only the TRD incidence in group D was significantly reduced (χ2=5.000,P<0.025). The results of clinical examination and light microscopy did not show evidence of toxicity between the animals treated by the Verapamil and the placebo. Conclusions Subconjunctival Verapamil decreased the TRD incidence due to traumatic proliferative vetreoretinopathy in rabbit models. The Verapamil dose in this experiment has no evident toxicity in rabbit eyes.
