摘要
目的 探讨超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxideDismutase,SOD)和大剂量地塞米松 (highdoseDexamethasone ,HDD)对视网膜冲击伤的防治作用。 方法 应用BST -Ⅲ型生物激波管致伤兔眼 ,建立视网膜冲击伤动物模型 ,家兔 18只 ,随机分为致伤组 (等渗盐水对照 )、SOD治疗组 ( 6 0 0 0U d)、HDD治疗组 ( 6mg kg) ,每组 6只。采用SOD及HDD进行分组对照治疗。 结果 SOD及HDD治疗组伤后视网膜出血和渗出明显减少 ,光、电镜视网膜组织病理改变减轻 ,视网膜电图a、b波波幅恢复时间缩短。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and dexamethasone on retinal blast injury. Methods The model of the retinal blast injury was established in rabbits with BST-Ⅲ bio-shock tube. Eighteen rabbits were randomly and equally divided into control group and 2 therapeutic groups, and treated with saline, SOD and high dose dexamethasone (HDD). Results Hemorrhage and exudation of the retina in rabbits remarkably decreased after injury. The histological changes of the retinal tissue abated. The recovering time of the amplitudes in electroretinogram (ERG) a,b waves were shortened. Conclusions SOD and HDD can exert marked therapeutic effects on retinal blast injury.
