火电机组辅机备用油泵不出力原因分析及处理措施

Cause Analysis and Treatment Measures on Emergency Bearing Oil Pump No Output of Auxiliary Equipment of Thermal Power Units

针对火电机组辅机备用油泵不出力的情况,分析油泵切换数据和油泵布局,认为备用油泵长期停运,油泵内润滑油流失是造成油泵不出力的主要原因,提出2种处理方案,并比对2种方案的处理效果,结果表明在每个油泵入口管处加装U形弯的处理方案效果较好。

In regard to the situation that the emergency bear- ing oil pump does not output of auxiliary equipment for ther- mal power units,this paper analyzes the switch data and the oil pump layout, and considers that the loss of the lubricating oil within the oil pump for long-period offstream of the emer- gency bearing oil pump is the main reason for the oil pump does not output, puts forward two processing schemes and compares the respective treatment effects. The result shows that the second scheme is low investment,easy to construct, and with good effects.
