针对神华国华定洲发电有限责任公司锅炉点火耗费大量燃油的问题,介绍微油点火技术的原理和优势,提出对锅炉燃烧器、燃油系统、暖风器、油枪控制系统进行微油点火技术改造的方案,通过调整试验及实际运行,证明微油点火技术能够满足锅炉启动和机组带负荷的要求,并给出点火过程中的注意事项。

Aiming at large oil usage during boiler ignition of Shenhua Guobua Dingzhou Power Co. Ltd. ,this paper intro- duces tiny oil ignition technology principle and advantages, presents the tiny oil ignition technology reformation project for boiler burner, oil system, air heater, oil gun control sys- tem,shows that tiny oil ignition technology can satisfy the boiler set-up and unit load need,by the adjusting test and op- eration situation,and advances the mentions during ignition.
