摘要
本文分析了目前国内射频工程人才紧缺的现状与学生不能就业的矛盾性根源以及合格的射频工程师应该具备的基本素质。针对企业需求和学校的具体实际,遵循理论与实践并重,课内与课外结合的原则,提出了与企业射频产品开发流程一致的工程化人才培养模式,并对课程体系的优化配置和课内教学重过程、课外教学重实效进行了探讨。
The contradiction between the shortage of RF colleges has been analyzed, as well as basic qualities for engineering talents and the unemployment of students at qualified RF engineers have been presented in this paper. According to the specific reality of enterprise needs and the condition of university, RF engineering personnel training mode has been proposed consistent with the enterprise RF product development process, following by the principle of the concentration on theory and practice, the combination of curricular and extra-curricular. The optimal curricu- lum system and teaching in curricular and extra-curricular has also been discussed.
