“医学影像处理”课程实验软件的开发

Development of the Experiment System of Medical Image Processing Course

"医学影像处理"是生物医学工程专业的一门重要专业基础课。目前,相关教材大都是以理论描述为主,缺乏核心内容的实验软件系统辅助教学。为配合医学影像处理类课程的课堂教学,我们开发了一套实验软件系统。本文描述了该系统的功能,对几个重点应用进行了详细讨论。实际使用表明,本实验软件对提高学生的动手能力、加深对所学理论的理解都有重要意义。

Medical Image Processing is a significant basic course in biomedical engineering major. At present, most of the class discussions are based on theoretical description, lack of the experimental software has restricted the students＇ deep understanding of the core contents. As an assistance teaching tool, an experimental software sys- tem has been developed. In this paper, the main functions of the system are described and several key applications are discussed. Practical application of the system shows that the experimental software is of great significance in terms of improving students＇ manipulative ability and deepening the understanding of the theory.
