鄱阳湖水环境现状及污染防治模式思考

The Quality of Water Environment and Water Pollution Prevention of Poyang Lake

随着全面加快建设鄱阳湖生态经济区,江西省将迎来一个持续的高速经济增长时期,不可避免地增大鄱阳湖水环境污染防治的压力。本文分析了鄱阳湖水环境现状及其水质下降成因。在对国内外典型的水环境污染防治模式进行比较研究基础上,重点分析了现有的鄱阳湖流域"山江湖"工程模式及其在实践中遇到的困难,指出从综合生态系统管理的角度构建水环境污染防治模式是未来鄱阳湖流域水污染防治规划与管理的一种必然趋势。

With the rapid development of Poyang Lake Eco - Economic Zone, a continuous high - speed eco- nomic growth period is approaching in Jiangxi province, which inevitably increases the possibility of water environment pol- lution of Poyang Lake. The quality of water environment and the reasons of water quality deterioration of Poyang Lake were analyzed and the typical patterns of water penution prevention between China and overseas were compared. The paper laid special stress on discussing the watershed management pattern of Mountain - River - Lake （MRL） Program adopted in Poy- ang Lake basin and its shortages in practice. The paper indicated that in the future construction of water pollution preven- tion pattern based on integrated ecosystem management would be an inevitable trend for any basin, and Poyang Lake basin would be not an exception.
