基于省级层面数据的化石能源加工业全要素生产率研究

采用Cobb-Douglas生产函数,利用2001—2010年中国29个省(市、自治区)化石能源加工行业的投入产出数据对该产业的TFP和TFP增长率进行了估算。经分析得出:近10年来各省(市、自治区)化石能源加工产业的TFP增幅明显,尤其是东部地区。相较之下,西部地区增加比较缓慢。期间受次贷危机影响,各省(市、自治区)也出现了一定程度的负增长,得益于及时得当的产业调整措施,局势得到有效控制。

This paper collects and handles data of input and output oi losslt energy processing mclustry m z~ provinces between 2001 and 2010,utilizing the Cobb-Douglas pool data model,calculated TFP and its growth rate in different years of 29 provinces. The result shows that during the period of 2001 and 2010,the 29 provinces＇ TFP increased significantly,especially in the eastern region. Compared with the eastern and middle region,the western region＇ TFP growth rate is much smaller. Due to the sub-prime mortgage crisis, some provinces＇ TFP appeared in a certain extent negative growth. Thanks to the timely and properly adjustment measures of industry level it was controUed effectively.
