摘要
为了快速、精确地实现涂层机的温度控制,需要利用高温导热油为热载体的电加热装置,建立热油辊温度与涂层机车速之间的协调关系即运动控制与过程控制之间的协调关系。采用PLC与AI调节器相结合的控制算法能自动调整升温速率,具有无超调、高精度、参数确定简单、适用复杂控制对象等特点。本系统实践效果较好,能广泛地应用于纺织、印染、非织造布、涂布、造纸、印刷、皮革以及塑料等行业。
In order to accurately and rapidly realize the temperature control of coating machine,it needs to use the electric heating device with high temperature and heat conduction oil as the heat carrier,to establish the coordination between the temperature of a hot rolls and the speed of oil coating,namely,the harmonious relation between motion control and process control.Adopting the control algorithm which combines the PLC and AI conditioner,we can automatically adjust the heating rate,with the characteristics of no overshoot,high precision,simple incisive parameters and the good control effect suited to the complex object.This system,of which the practice effect is better,can be widely used in the industries of textile,dyeing,nonwoven,coating,papermaking,printing,leather,plastic,etc.
