摘要
本文介绍了自动叠图机的传动机械结构和传感器安装位置,重点介绍了控制电路的结构组成及步进电机的驱动控制与实现。其控制电路采用MCS-51单片机做主控CPU,通过人机交互实现叠图机的各种工作方式的选择,通过传感器信号的采集实现自动叠图过程中的精确定位,通过步进电机的控制实现叠图机的机械传动控制,结合控制软件设计实现叠图机的自动操作。
This paper introduces mechanical transmission structure of the automatic folding machine and its senors' mounting position.It mainly describes the formation of control circuit and stepping motors' drive control and realization.Its control circuit adopts MCS-51 as master control CPU.What's more,it realizes the choices of various working mode by man-machine interaction,achieving the precious positioning in the process of automatic folding figure by the collection of senors' signal,completing its mechanical transmission control by the control of stepping motor.Above all,it combines the control software design in order to realize the automatic operation of folding machine.
