本文介绍了在消除高井热电厂化学水处理二期西门子PLC控制系统硬件故障过程中出现的问题及处理方法,并提出值得借鉴的经验。在处理过程中,技术人员通过多种方法查找故障原因,最终找到问题所在,期间走了不少弯路。作者希望通过本文介绍使读者在处理类似设备故障中能够明确故障原因,加快处理设备故障速度,提高消除PLC系统硬件故障的水平。

This paper introduces the problems and treatment method which have appeared during the elimination of the breakdown of Siemens PLC control system’s hardware during phase Ⅱ of chemical water treatment in Gaojing thermal power plant,and raises some valuable experiences.In the process,technicians found the problem through various methods,but took some roundabout way.The author hopes that the readers can clear the fault while dealing with similar equipment failures in order to expedite the processing equipment failure rate and improve the level of solving the hardware fault of PLC system.
