This article introduces in detail a kind of PLC being the core of the drying temperature control system,expounds the drying temperature control process、the principle of temperature control and composition.Being the key control unit,PLC can calculate the deviation between the set value of the heater and the sensor through PID algorithm,constantly adjust the temperature heater temperature,finally make the heating temperature balance,so as to achieve the purpose of automatic control of temperature.This system can achieve the ideal temperature control effect.
