At present,the hardware facilities have reached a relatively high level in the tank farm management,but certain insufficiency exists.The modern depots have advanced equipments, and need advanced management ideas and methods.Therefore,this paper puts forward movement automation solutions.The scheme integrates inventory monitoring,mobile monitoring,control,implementation and tracking in one solution, designed for improving the reliability of the movement, safety and efficiency.
