摘要
介绍了纯铜排(棒)火泥熔接技术在盐湖330 kV变电站工程中的应用,并对纯铜排(棒)火泥熔接技术的施工方法、影响熔接质量的因素等进行了论述。经工程实际验证,火泥熔接技术增强了焊接部位密实度与机械强度,提高了焊接质量,降低了接地电阻值,为电网长期稳定运行提供了可靠保障。
The paper introduces application of copper bar exothermic welding technology in Yanhu 330kV substation, and makes discusses on construction method of the copper bar exothermic welding technology and the factors which in- fluences the welding quality. After practical testing, the technology enhances the density and mechanical strengthen, and comparatively improves the welding quality, as well as induces the grounding resistance, thus provides reliable safeguard for the long-term stable operation of the power grid.
