The installation, debugging and subsequent upgrading cost of the currently used static var compensator is rather high, the paper introduces a new type mobile high voltage dynamic reactive power compensation device, it can be conveniently applied in middle and low voltage distributing substation, large-scale industry and mining enterprise, and it can flexibly deploy the dynamic reactive power compensation device in regional power grid.
