摘要
高职院校员工工作满意度体现人本管理理念。根据高职院校人力资源管理的特点和要求,选取影响院校员工满意度的主要因素和评价等级作为评价因素集进行评价,建立模糊综合评价模型,获取员工满意度评价分值,为加强学校人力资源管理提供可量化并带有预测性的科学评价方法。
The management philosophy was reflected in higher vocational college employee job satisfaction. According to the characteristics and requirements of human resources management to the selected higher voca- tional college, the main influence factors and evaluation grade were selected as the evaluation factors for evalua- tion. Then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built to obtain employee satisfaction evaluation. It pro- vided the scientific evaluation method which was quantifiable and predictable to strengthen school human re- source management.
