Clinical Analysis of 79 Cases with Cerebral Arteriovenous Malformation by Using the Different Treatment Methods

目的探讨脑动静脉畸形的有效治疗方法.方法通过直接手术、介入栓塞及手术与栓塞联合治疗对比脑动静脉畸形的治疗效果.结果手术与栓塞联合治疗脑动静脉畸形的方法优于单纯手术或单纯介入栓塞治疗.结论介入栓塞结合显微外科手术可以提高脑动静脉畸形的治愈率.

Objective To study an effective method for the treatment of cerebral arteriovenous malformation in clinic.Method Effects of the surgery,endovascular interventinal embolization and the combined surgical and embolizing therapy on cerebral arteriovenous malformation were observed and compared to study their curative effects.Results The combined surgical and embolizing therapy for cerebral arteriovenous malformation in clinic showed a better effect than that of simple surgery or simple interventional embolization.Conclusion The combined treatment of microsurgery and endovascular inventional embolization can improve the curative rate of cerebral arteriovenous malformation.
