On Plan and Delivery of Orientation for Fresher of Vocational College

基于对新生入学教育的理论基础与内容结构分析,针对高职新生在适应大学学习生活过程中出现的各种问题,以三峡电力职业学院为案例,着重针对如何发挥新生入学教育的重要育人功能及新生入学教育活动内容与实施方式进行深入探讨,并从五个方面总结提炼高职新生入学教育的特色创新,可供同类高职院校参考借鉴。

The paper sets out to introduce the practice of Three Gorges Vocational College of Electric Power in the delivery freshmen orientation. The college explores the educative function of orientation and designs the activities and ways of delivery based on the structural analysis of theoretic foundation and content of freshmen orientation, targeting at the problems that fresher may confront in the first year at college. The novel features and innovation of the orientation are summarized into five aspects, hoping they are useful to other colleges alike.
