This paper is mainly focuses on the connecting methods and ways of the medical electrial equipments with the ground,its purpose is to supply safe use for the equipment Key Words: Earth connection Protective earth Iso-electric level earthingf ECG, the QTcd and JTcd of ECG before and after exercise had been observed and compared from 100 positive cases and 80 negative in treadmill exercise test. Results showed that there was no statistical significant difference in group QTcd and JTcd before exercise (P>0.05); and there was statistical significant difference between QTcd and JTcd 2 minutes after exercise (P<0.01), with the comparison of positive group to negative group. In the positive group of 2 minutes after exercise, the QTcd and JTcd prolonged significantly than those before exercise (P<0.01); in the negative group of two minutes after exercise, there was no significant difference in QTcd and JTcd than those of preexercise (P>0.05). It indicated that the prolongation of QTcd and JTcd after exercise test can act as the index to judge the exercise results.
