柜面业务操作人员是商业银行的一线人员,其柜面业务的服务质量直接关系到银行能否获得长期稳定的客户。柜员业务具有一定的高风险性,而加强商业银行柜员的培训,设计合理的培训内容,对柜员强化职业素养,避免违规操作,降低操作风险具有重要的意义。
The counter business operators of commercial banks are the frontline staff,its counter business service quality is directly related to whether the long-term stability of bank customer.Teller operations have a certain high risk,and enhance commercial bank teller training,design appropriate training contents,strengthening occupation accomplishment to teller,avoid illegal operations,reduce operating risk has the vital significance.
