摘要
从大学教育的本质、自主学习的实质、内容看,缄默知识作为大学生个体知识的内隐成分,被引入大学生自主学习能力养成的过程中是必要的;从缄默知识的"情境性"、"内隐性"、"实践性"、"层次性"分析,将缄默知识引入大学生自主学习能力养成也是可能的。高等教育应更新教育理念、改革教学方式,利用各类资源,拓宽将缄默知识引入大学生自主学习能力养成的实现路径。
From the nature of university education, the essence and content of self-directed learning, it is necessary to introduce tacit knowledge in the cultivation of college students' self- directed learning ability, which is an inside-hidden element of individual knowledge. Based on the analysis of tacit knowledge from the aspects of situational, tacitness, practicalness and hierarchy , it is also practical to bring tacit knowledge in the cultivation of college students' self-directed learning ability. Universities need to update education concepts, reform teaching modes, make good use of resources, and broaden the ways to introduce tacit knowledge.
