用头孢西丁三相试验检测质粒AmpCs

Detection of the plasmid-mediated AmpCs by cefoxitin 3-Dimensional test.

为了解大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌产质粒介导的 型β-内酰胺酶 (Am p C)的情况 ,利用头孢西丁三相试验的直接法和间接法 ,对 5 5株大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌进行检测 ,结果有 2株阳性 。

To detect the plasmid mediated AmpCs which is producted by Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae, we used the cefoxitin 3 dimensional test(direct and indirect)to detect 55 isolates of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae. The result showed that two of them are positive and three are suspicious.
