摘要
目的探讨糖尿病肾病终末期患者的血液透析时机及并发症的防治。方法观察糖尿病终末期肾病(ESDN)及非糖尿病终末期肾病(NOR-ESDN)血液透析患者首次透析前血尿素氮、肌酐以及透析期间并发症、存活率。结果糖尿病终末期肾病血透患者的存活率较非糖尿病终末期肾病血透患者短,心血管并发症及感染并发症较NOR-ESDN血透患者发生多。结论 ESDN患者透析时机的选择应早于NOR-ESDN患者,应积极预防和控制并发症。
Objective Explore the prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy in patients with end-stage hemodialysis timing and complications. Methods Observed in diabetic end-stage renal disease and non-diabetic end-stage kidney disease in hemodialysis patients first pre-dialysis blood urea nitrogen, creatinine, and during dialysis complications, the survival rate. Results Diabetic ESRD hemodialysis patients with surviv- al than non-diabetic ESRD hemodialysis patients, cardiovascular complications and infection complications than NOR-ESDN hemodialysis patients. Conclusion And of ESDN dialysis timing selection should be earlier than the NOR-ESDN patients should actively prevent and control complications.
