摘要 从北五味子中分离得到7种化合物,经波谱分析确定其结构为柠檬酸二甲酯(1,5-dimethyl citrate 1),柠檬酸-1-甲酯(1-methyl citrate 2),柠檬酸(Citric acid 3),5-羟甲基-2-糠醛(5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde4),谷甾醇(β-sitosterol 5),胡萝卜苷(Daucosterol 6),原儿茶酸(Protocatechuic acid 7)。其中,柠檬酸二甲酯(1)和柠檬酸-1-甲酯(2)首次从北五味子果实中分离得到。 From the ethanol extract of Schisandra chinensis,seven compounds were isolated and identified as 1,5-Dimethyl citrate(1),1-Monomethyl citrate(2),Citric acid(3),Protocatechuic acid(4),5-hydroxymethyl-2-furancarboxaldehyde(5),β-sitosterol(6),Daucosterol(7),respectively.Among those,1,5-dimethyl citrate(1) and 1-monomethyl citrate(2) were isolated for the first time from Schisandra chinensis.
