摘要
葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂在控制餐后高血糖方面具有重要的作用。目前已发现的中草药中的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂包括:黄酮类,生物碱类、多糖、酚类等化合物以及一些活性成分尚未确定的中草药。本文对以中药为来源的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂及其体内外抑制作用的评价进行了综述。
Glucosidase inhibitors in the control of postprandial hyperglycemia has an important role.There have been α-glucose inhibitors found in Chinese herbal medicine,including flavonoids,alkaloids,polysaccharides,phenols and other compounds as well as some active ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine which has not been identified.This paper reviewed the Chinese herbal medicine as a source of α-glucosidase inhibitor and its inhibition in vivo evaluation.
