多膛炉生产普通氧化钼收尾控制的研究

STUDY ON TAIL-OUT CONTROL IN COMMON MOLYBDENUM OXIDE PRODUCTION BY MULTI-HEARTH ROASTER

摘要 为了系统规范地控制12层多膛炉生产普通氧化钼的收尾,本文通过分析各层硫含量及拍摄炉况图片,在确定将11层作为收尾层的基础上,对收尾状态判断及非正常收尾状态下的调节方法进行了研究。结果表明,在收尾正常的状态下,10层炉内气氛清晰,炉内侧料脊发红而外侧发暗红,物料粒度较大,颜色为灰黑色为主夹有灰黄色,下料口物料堆积面积小;在收尾偏早的状态下,10层炉内气氛清晰,料脊发暗,物料粒度较大,颜色以灰黄色为主夹有灰黑色,下料口物料堆积面积小,可通过调小10~12层观察口让收尾下移;在收尾偏晚的情况下,10层炉内气氛模糊,料脊发红,物料粒度较小,颜色为灰黑色,炉温会自然升高,下料口物料堆积面积大,可通过调大10~12层观察口让收尾上移。 For systematical and normative tail - out control of common molybdenum oxide production in the twelve - hearth roaster, based on confirming hearth #11 as tail -out hearth, ways of judging tail- out condition and adjust- ment in the abnormal tail - out condition were investigated by sulfur content analysis and shooting roaster - status picture . The results show that roaster atmosphere is clear, feed ridges in the roaster, inside are red but shading red in the outside, particle size of the feed is relatively large, feed is gray and black with little sallow, and the feed stocked - area of feed opening is relatively small in the hearth #10 in the normal tail - out condition. In the earlier tail - out condition, roaster atmosphere is clear, feed ridges are shading, particle size of the feed is relatively large, feed is sallow with little gray and black, the feed stocked - area of feed opening is relatively small in the hearth # 10, and we can turn viewing port of hearth #10 - #12 down to make tail - out downward. In the later tail - out con- dition, roaster atmosphere is fuzzy, feed ridges are red, particle size of the feed is relatively small, feed is gray and black, roaster temperature increased in the nature state, the feed stocked - area of feed opening is relatively large in the hearth #10, and we can turn viewing port of hearth #10 - #12 up to make tail - out upward.
