水热法制备不同形貌纳米MoS_2研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 纳米二硫化钼因其优良的物理化学性能和广阔的应用前景而引起了科研工作者的极大关注。由于水热法具有工艺简单,低污染,产率高,产物纯度高及形貌易于控制等优点,近些年来广泛应用于制备纳米材料。本文综述了近年来水热法制备不同形貌的纳米二硫化钼的研究进展,探讨了富勒烯结构、球状以及一维结构纳米二硫化钼的制备方法和形成机理,并提出了水热法在制备纳米二硫化钼中所存在的问题,展望了纳米二硫化钼的研究发展趋势。 Nano molybdenum disulfides have attracted heightened attention owing to its superior performance and application prospects. In recent years, the hydrothermal process was widely used in preparation of nanostrueture materials because it has many advantages, such as low pollution, high yield productivity, easy to control morpholo- gy and purity of reaction products et al. In this paper, the latest research progress on hydrothermal synthesis of nano molybdenum disulfides with different morphologies were reviewed. The preparation methods and formation mechanisms of different structure such as fullerene, ball - like and one - dimensional were discussed in detail. Fi- nally,the exiting problems of hydrothermal synthesis of nanostructure molybdenum disulfides were given, and the future develonment trend was also nrosneeted.
