摘要 目的 研究国产东亚钳蝎 ( Buthusmartensi Karsch,Bm K)毒素多肽的纯化单体组份 Bm K AS- 1对大鼠背根神经节 ( DRG)神经元河豚毒素不敏感 ( TTX- R)钠电流的作用。方法 采用膜片箝全细胞记录方法 ,观察 Bm K AS- 1对单个DRG细胞 TTX- R钠电流幅值的影响。结果  Bm K AS- 1剂量依赖地抑制 TTX- R钠电流 ,且高剂量 ( 10 μg/m l) Bm K AS- 1几乎完全抑制 TTX- R钠电流 ,其抑制作用不可逆。结论  Bm K AS- 1显著抑制 TTX- R钠电流 。 Objective To investigate the effect of BmK AS1 on TTXR sodium currents in rat DRG neurons. Methods The wholecell patchclamp recording technique was used in this study. Results BmK AS1 suppressed the amplitude of the TTXR sodium currents in a dosedependent way. The inhibition effect was irreversible at high dosage. Conclusion BmK AS1 significantly inhibits the TTXR sodium currents and that may acconnt for its analgesic effect.
