大肠癌患者外周血T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性及可溶性白介素2受体检测的临床意义

A Study on T-cell Subgroup, Natural Killer Cell Activity and SIL-2R in Patients with Colorectal Carcinoma

目的 研究大肠癌患者免疫状况及其与肿瘤分期的关系。方法 检测 5 7例大肠癌患者外周血中 T细胞亚群、NK细胞活性及可溶性白介素 2受体 ( s IL- 2 R)。结果 大肠癌患者抑制性 T细胞 ( CD8)比例、s IL- 2 R明显高于对照组 ,T细胞总数 ( CD3)、辅助性 T细胞 ( CD4)比例、CD4/CD8及 NK细胞活性明显低于对照组 ;随着 Dukes分级的增加 ,CD3、CD4比例、CD4/CD8及 NK细胞活性逐渐降低 ,CD8比例、s IL - 2 R逐渐增高。结论 大肠癌患者存在细胞免疫功能的低下 ,且免疫功能越低 ,越易发生淋巴结及远处转移 ,预后越差。在手术。

Objective To study the immune functions in patients with colorectal carcinoma and the relationship with tumor stages. Methods The levels of Tcell subgroup、 natural killer cell activity and sIL2R were investigated in 57 patients with colorectal carcinoma. Results In colorectal carcinoma, the blood CD 3, CD 4 levels, the ratio of CD 4/CD 8 and the natural killer cell activity were lower than that of control group, but the levels of CD 8 and sIL2R were higher than in control group, which changed with Dukes stages. Conclusion The cytoimmunity functions in patients with primary colorectal carcinoma significantly decrease, and the functions are getting worse with the tumor stages, therefore it is valuable to increase the immune function when operation and chemotherapy are administered in patients with primary colorectal carcinoma.
