摘要 采用调查法、访谈法对中职学前教育专业教师开展培训需求调研。通过对中职学前教育专业教师的学习特及点及学前教育专业教师培训中存在的问题进行分析,提出了"校内外培训相结合+入园顶岗实践+自我学习"于一体的培训模式。 Based on the method of investigation and interview, this thesis researches the demand oil the training of professional teachers' preschool training of secondary vocational schools. Through the analysis of teachers' learning characteristics in secondary vocational schools and the problems existing in teacher-training, a training mode has been put forward, which includes internal and external training, post practice in the kindergarten and self-learning.
