摘要
在PCB内层线路板处理中,随着棕氧化技术代替黑氧化技术,棕化废液的排放量越来越大。这推动了棕化废液处理技术的发展,文章概述了棕化废液处理技术的发展过程、面临的难题及前景。提出了降解-电沉积联合处理方法实现对棕化废液提铜和达到排放要求的新思路。
In PCB inner circuit board process,with brown oxidation technology replacing black oxide technology,the discharge of brown oxide waste is growing,which promoted the development of the brown oxide waste processing technology.The article briefly describes the development process of the brown oxide liquid waste processing technology to cope with the problems and prospects.It also brought the degradation-electrodeposition joint approach to achieve new method to meet the emissions requirements.
