摘要
环管反应器广泛应用于聚丙烯、聚乙烯生产工艺。温度分布和固相分布对聚烯烃产品的质量有着重要影响。环管反应器内固相、温度及流速分布呈非中心对称状态的原因是存在弯管段。可采取选择适宜的浆液流速和固含量、通过在反应器外增加翅片而增大传热面积、改善进料位置等措施改善温度及固相在环管反应器中的分布。
Abstract: The loop reactor is widely used in the production processes of polypropylene and polyethylene. The temperature and solid phase distributions in the reactor have significant effect on the quality of polyolefin products. The non- controsymmetric distributions of temperature, solid phase and flow rate are caused by the bended tube zone in the reactor.Several measures could be taken to improve the dis- tributions of temperature and solid phase:selecting suitable slurry flow rate and solid content, fitting fins onto the reactor to increase heat transfer area and changing the location of feed inlet.
