摘要
分析了某石化公司新建0.7 Mt/a航空煤油加氢精制装置在开工及运行初期出现反应炉进、出料前后压降较大,原料进料过滤器滤芯鼓胀、破损,精制航空煤油产品银片腐蚀不合格等问题的原因并提出了相应改进措施。结果表明,在循环氢压缩机出口至空冷入口之间增加返回线可使加热炉压降降低;在分馏循环管线双阀之间及相关污水线、污油线上加装临时盲板可使精制航空煤油产品的银片腐蚀性能获得改善。
The reasons were discussed for the problems,such as the larger pressure drop between inlet and outlet in the reactor furnace,the swell and damage of feedstock filter core and the unquantification of silver strip corrosion of refined aviation kerosene product,which occurred in a 0.7Mt/a aviation kerosene hydrogenation unit during its startup and original operation,and the countermeasures were proposed.The results showed that assembling a return line between compressor outlet and air cooler inlet reduced the reactor furnace pressure drop,and adding temperate blank plates between the double value in fractionation circulating line and the relative wastewater and waste oil lines improved the silver strip corrosion resistance of refined product.
