摘要
本研究比较了6个玉米纯系材料及其与大刍草杂交后代的生物学特性。结果表明,玉米材料与大刍草杂交后,生育期均有推迟,绿期显著增长。各F1代材料的株高均较母本显著增加,叶长增加,叶宽减少,但单枝叶片数量变化不大。各材料在叶腋出均出现分蘖,材料5230杂、B34杂、511杂和H630杂在茎秆基部也出现分蘖,其中H630杂基部分蘖达8.25个。
The biological characteristics of the hybrid of 6 maize pure line materials and teosinte were studied. The results showed that the hybrid of maize pure line materials and teosinte had late growth period. The plant height of F1 significantly increased. The leaf width increased, but the leaf length decreased. The number of singal silee leaves had no obvious change. Every material had filleting from the leaf axil. 5230, B34,511 and H630 had tillering from the base of stem.
