摘要
选用不同等级永川秀芽市售茶叶为研究对象,采用同时蒸馏-萃取法(SDE)法富集其香气物质并用气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)进行香气成分分析,研究了永川秀芽特征香气组分。结果表明,乙酸乙酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇、庚醛、甲酸-1-甲基乙基酯、1-辛烯-3-醇、苯乙醇、芳樟醇、壬醛、己酸-顺-3-己烯酯、十六碳酸甲酯等10种物质构成了"永川秀芽"特征香气成分。
The properties of aroma constituents in saleing Yongchuan Xiu' ya tea were determined by SDE/GC-MS. Results showed that ethyl acetate, Cis-3-Hexenlo, Heptaldehyde, 1-Octen-3-ol, Phenylethyl alcohol, Linalool, Nonanal, Cis-3-Hexenyl Hexanoate, Methyl Hexade- eanoate were made up of properties aroma constituents in Yongchuan Xiu' ya tea.
