摘要
采用HPLC法对虎耳草科岩白菜属岩白菜、虎耳草科落新妇属落新妇、紫金牛科紫金牛属百两金及金牛、胡桃科青钱柳属青钱柳5种药用植物中岩白菜内酯的含量进行测定,并对岩白菜内酯的提取方法进行比较分析。结果表明,5种植物中岩白菜内酯含量最高的植物为岩白菜,40%乙醇为溶剂,液料比10 mL/g的超声波提取体系收到的岩白菜内酯最多。此研究为岩白菜内酯药源植物资源的合理开发利用提供了科学依据。
The content of Bergenin was determined from 5 kinds of medicinal plants including Bergenla purpurascens, Astilbe chinensis, Ardisia crlspa, Ardisia japonica and Cylocarya paliurus with high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method. Extraction method of bergenia was also compared. The results showed that Bcrgenin had the highest contents in Bergenia purpurascens in five plants. Ultrasonic extraction system for bcrgenin had the higher yield rate with 40 % ethanol as solvent and 10 mL/g ratio of sample to solution.
