摘要 本文研究了超声处理时间、温度、功率对掌叶大黄种子萌发的影响,探索其萌发的最佳条件。通过室内常规发芽试验方法进行试验,统计掌叶大黄种子在不同超声时间、温度、功率处理条件下的发芽势、发芽率、平均根长、发芽指数和活力指数。结果表明掌叶大黄种子经超声波处理,缩短了萌发时间,提高了发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数和活力指数。30 min、40℃、160 W的超声处理条件下是其种子萌发的最适宜条件。 To find the best conditions for seeds germination of Rheum palmatum, lhe effects of the time, temperature and power of ultrasonic on the seeds germination ability were investigated. Seeds of R. palmatum were treated by ultrasonic wave, and the germination energy, germination rate, mean root length, germination index and vitality index of seeds were analyzed in an orthogonal test. The seeds germination energy, germination rate, germination index and vitality index were all raised and seeds germination time were shorted by ultrasonic wave. The orthogonal test showed that conditions of 40℃, 30min, 160W were the best proper factors to increase seeds vitality.
