银耳拌种剂对段木银耳产量的影响

Study on Nutrition for Tremella fuciformis on Product of Log Cultures Modes

为了解决段木银耳栽培中用种量大、菌种中银耳菌和香灰菌配比不合理、接种后菌丝恢复生长较慢的问题,自主研发了段木银耳拌种剂,通过在不同银耳段木栽培模式下,添加拌种剂与未添加拌种剂的对比试验,结果表明,段木银耳拌种剂对提高段木银耳单产有明显的促进作用,具有推广应用的价值。

A kind of nutrition for Tremella fuclformis was developed to resolve the problems,including in large use of strains, disproportion of T. fuciformis and Hypoxylon, and slow growth of mycelium after inoculation during the wooden cultivation. Comparion experiment of nutritive and non-nutrition treatment of T. fuciform/s were conducted based on different mote in the wooden cultivation. The results showed that the nutrition obviously improved the yields of T. fuciformis in wooden cultivation.
