婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染与微量元素缺乏的关系 被引量:17

摘要 目的观察婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染与微量元素铁、锌、钙缺乏的关系。方法 2009年1月-2010年1月来我院做健康体检及儿童保健的587名婴幼儿,采指尖微量血检测铁、锌、钙元素。其中387例婴幼儿明显缺乏铁、锌、钙,将其随机分成治疗组和观察组,无微量元素缺乏的婴幼儿为对照组;治疗组每日餐后口服硫酸亚铁、葡萄糖酸锌或葡萄糖酸钙3月,观察组仅进行喂养指导。随访1年,观察反复呼吸道感染与三种微量元素缺乏的关系。结果治疗组患儿治疗后1月、2月血清铁、锌、钙值显著高于观察组(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束后随访1年,治疗组呼吸道感染发病率明显低于观察组(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论纠正微量元素的缺乏能增强患儿抵抗力,减少婴幼儿反复呼吸道感染。 Objective To observe the relationship between infant' s recurrent respiratory tract infection and trace element (serum iron, zinc and calcium) deficiency. Methods Detection of serum fion, zinc and calcium was made to 587 infants receiving health care from Jan., 2009 to Jan., 2010; out of the 587 infants, 387 infants were found to be of trace element deficiency and they were randomly di- vided into 2 groups: treatment group and observation group; infants with no trace element deficiency made up control group; oral admin- istration of ferrous sulfate, zinc gluconate or calcium gluconate was applied to infants in treatment group after meal every day, the course lasted for 3 months while only feeding instruction was made to observation group; follow-up lasted for 1 year. Results The levels of serum iron, zinc and calcium in infants of treatment group were much higher than those in infants of observation group (P〈 0.05) and were of no significant difference from those in infants of control group (P〉 0.05); 1 year after the course finished, the occurrence of recurrent respiratory tract infection in treatment group was much lower than that in observation group (P〈 0.05) and was of no significant difference from that in control group (P〉 0.05). Conclusions Correction of trace element deficiency can enhance infant' s resistance and decrease the occurrence of infant' s recurrent respiratory tract infection.
