ZEB蛋白家族的分子结构和功能 被引量：4

摘要 ZEB蛋白(zinc finger E-box binding homeobox,ZEB)即E盒结合锌指蛋白,是重要的细胞核转录因子之一。目前研究结果表明,ZEB蛋白家族在生理或病理状态下都参与了上皮-间质转化(EMT)的调节。此外,ZEB蛋白还参与了胚胎形成、细胞周期、细胞衰老和凋亡的调控,其过表达与肿瘤的发生和转移密切相关。在促进EMT多种因素中,ZEB蛋白的作用最为关键。对ZEB蛋白进行深入研究,将为EMT、疾病纤维化和肿瘤细胞侵袭转移的机制和临床治疗提供新线索及靶点。本文就ZEB蛋白家族的分子结构和功能进行综述。
