摘要原发性肝癌是我国常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤，治疗手段是以手术为主的综合性治疗，化疗是重要治疗方法之_气但爹药耐药（multiple drug resistance，MDR）的存在使肝癌的化疗效果受到严重影响。因此，肝癌多药耐药的机制一直是国内外学者研究的重点，本文就搠蹴MDR相关机制的研究进展做如下综述。
