从伦理意义上的分配正义范畴的起源、所指涉的基本问题、主要特征、基本功能、实现途径等方面探究了伦理意义上的分配正义范畴的涵义。得出这样的结论:伦理意义上的分配正义是人们以分配对象、分配主体、分配方式、分配标准等因素为参照系对分配社会资源时所出现的问题的伦理认识与评价;它是自律与他律、同一性与差异性的统一,介于利己与利他之间,属于一种弥补性的品德;对抑制自私自利的行为,维护人们的尊严,促进社会和谐具有积极的作用;主要依赖社会的道德舆论以及人们的道德觉悟、道德行为等途径来实现。

The distributive justice in ethics meanings is into in the aspects of its origin, its basics problems concerned, main characteristics, basic functions and its realizing routes. This paper concludes that the distributive justice in ethics meanings is a kind of understanding and appraisal by reference to distributive objects, distributive subjects, distributive ways and distributive criterions ; it is a unity of self - discipline and het- eronomy, identity and difference, being disinterested egoism and altruism, and being a moral character of filling a vacancy. It plays an active role in restraining egoism action, keeping human beings＇ dignity and promoting society harmoniousness. It is carried out by mainly relying on social opinions of morality, human beings＇ moral consciousness and deeds.
