食品安全问题是当前我国公共生活领域的一大突出问题。食品安全的实现需要多方力量的共同努力。政府作为现代社会政治生活和公共生活的最大参与者,作为公共权力的拥有者,一方面,要在食品安全领域担负公共利益责任、监管责任与引导责任,另一方面,要积极处理食品安全责任中的责任冲突。

The issue of food safety is a prominent one in the public life of China. To achieve food safety, it is necessary for multi - forces to make joint efforts. Taking into consideration the fact that the government is considered as the most important participant in modem political and public life and the owner of public power, it should, one the one hand, undertake the public interest responsibility, the supervision responsibility and the guiding responsibility in the field of food safety ; on the other hand, it should actively deal with the responsibility conflict in food safety responsibilities.
