摘要
五年制高职生职业生涯规划教育是一项长期的基础性教育系统工程,具有组织化、常态化、持续性等特点,将其本质厘清或界定是解决教育规划问题的逻辑原点。基于五年制高职大学生群体的心智现状,及早建立施助体系并适时适法提供援助,既是必需也有可能。实施职业生涯规划教育,要以就业为导向、能力为基础、适应为标准、发展为目标,重在培养学生的职业选择、职业适应、职业规划综合能力与职业价值观。
The education of career plarming for higher vocational college students is one of the basic educational projects focused on stu- dents＇ development,and on high- quality talents cultivating. However,educators＇ shortage of knowledge and lack of motivation hinder the ef- fective and complete influence of it. Therefore,methodology is reflected by the essential solutions of the career planning education,by means of societies＇ construction and community assistance programme development, building a system of career planning assistance for 5- year higher vocational college students.
