基于距离协调度的区域社会经济与环境协调发展动态评价——以陕西省为例

Evaluation of Coordination Degree between Regional Development and Environment Based on Distance Coordination Degree Model——A Case Study of Shaanxi Province

选取与社会经济发展和生态环境状况密切相关的35个指标,分别建立区域社会经济子系统、环境子系统和系统综合发展度评价指标体系;基于距离协调度,构建了区域社会经济与环境系统协调度及协调发展度评价模型,对陕西省社会经济发展与环境之间的协调性及其协调发展水平作了定量评价.结果显示:1997-2006年陕西省社会经济与环境系统的协调发展水平整体上趋好,由1997年的濒临失调衰退类经济滞后型演进到2006年的中级协调发展类环境滞后型;研究期后期,区域社会经济发展对环境施加的压力持续增加,环境改善速度趋缓,社会经济发展与环境的协调度水平下降,协调发展度水平增长缓慢并表现出一定的波动性.

In this research, 35 indexes have been selected to build regional socio - economic subsystem, the eco - environment sub - system and system＇ s comprehensive development de-gree model. Based on distance coordination degree, an evaluation model of regional soeio - e-conomic and environmental system coordination degree and coordination development degree of Shaanxi province have been constructed. A quantitative appraisal of the coordination and coor-dinated development between the soeio - economic development and environment of Shaanxi Province is implemented. The results show that, during 1997-2006, socio-economic and en-vironmental system coordination development of Shaanxi province was overall getting better,with the endangered imbalance of economic recession in 1997 evolving into intermediate envi- ronment coordinated development of 2006. At the final stage of the study, the pressure of re- gional socio - economic development on the environment was on increase; the environmental improvement slowed down, the coordination development degree of socio - economic develop-ment and the environment dropped; the level of coordination development degree showed a sluggish rise and certain volatility.
