支气管镜检查中不同体位对患者肺功能及耐受性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨支气管镜检查中患者采用坐位与仰卧位时对其肺功能和耐受性的影响。方法将106名需作支气管镜检查的患者随机分为坐位组52例和仰卧位组54例,两组患者在支气管镜检查中分别采用坐位和仰卧位,观察两组的耐受性和术后肺功能的变化。结果两组患者术后5分钟时肺功能与术前组内相比均有下降(P<0.05),术后1小时肺功能与术前组内相比均无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组同期肺功能各指标相比无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者在支气管镜检查过程中耐受性相比无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论支气管镜检查中患者采用坐位与仰卧位时的肺功能变化和耐受性比较无差异,患者体位受限、不能平卧时可采用坐位检查。 Objectives This study was designed to investigate the effects of sitting position and supine position on function and toleration of pulmonary of patients during bronchoscopy. Methods 106 patients requiring bronchoscopy were randomly divided into two groups, In group 1(52 patients) bronchoscopy was commenced in a sitting position, and in group 2(54 patients) in a supine position. Observe toleration and function of pulmonary in the both groups during bronchoscopy. Results The pulmonary function of both groups in five minutes after the examination was lower than that before the examination (P〈0. 05);and the difference of that in an hour after the examination and that before the examination was not significant (P〉0. 05). There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups regarding the investigated indexes of pulmonary function. There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups on the toleration of pulmonary (P〉0. 05). Conclusion There were not statistically significant between the two groups on function and toleration of pulmonary during bronchoscopy. These findings suggest that sitting position is as applicable as supine position and can be used when a patient cannot take a supine position for any reason.
