It expounded the significance of early enteral nutrition in criti- cally ill preterm infant, and reviewed its nursing progress from aspects of how to grasp the timing of the transition from parenteral nutrition to en- teral nutrition, feeding methods, choice of milk ,observation and treatment of complications, so as to provide the most appropriate care for early enter- al nutrition support for critidcally ill premature infants, and improve their survival rate, optimize their development process and prognosis.
